1. Account Termination & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any user account, at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, at our absolute and sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide warnings, explanations, or appeals for account terminations.

2. User-Generated Content

By submitting information, videos, setlists, venues, or comments to BandSonar, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.

• We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without notice.
• You represent and warrant that any content you upload or link to does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• We assume no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any content posted by users.

3. Gamification & Points System

The BandSonar leaderboard and associated "points" are strictly for gamification and entertainment purposes.

• Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, or services.
• We reserve the right to modify the point allocation algorithm, deduct points, reset the leaderboard, or entirely discontinue the gamification system at our sole discretion, at any time.
• Any attempt to artificially inflate points through automation, spamming, or exploitation of the system will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

BandSonar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, uptime, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the site will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BandSonar, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, unauthorized access to your account, or damages resulting from third-party links.
